MetricMaven is a marketing analytics consultancy helping agencies and eCommerce brands with attribution modeling, data infrastructure, and analytics implementation.
We're looking for a Data Project Coordinator to own client communication, project tracking, and QA—keeping delivery running smoothly while the founder focuses on sales and growth.
What you'll do:
- Manage client communication and status updates
- Track project timelines and keep deliverables on schedule
- QA work before it goes to clients
- Coordinate onboarding for new clients
- Flag issues early and keep things from falling through the cracks
This role is a great fit if you:
- Are earlier in your career and want hands-on exposure to consulting
- Want to work directly with a founder across multiple client projects
- Are organized, reliable, and a clear communicator
- Are comfortable around marketing analytics concepts (event tracking, UTMs, ROAS, attribution, dbt, BigQuery)—not building, but understanding enough to keep projects moving
