Digital Analytics & Attribution Audit Terms

Productized service terms · review before purchase

1. The engagement

The standard Digital Analytics & Attribution Audit is a fixed-fee diagnostic engagement provided by Studious, LLC, operating as Maven. The fee is $5,000 USD, paid before kickoff.

2. Standard scope

The standard audit covers:

  • One primary website domain
  • One Google Tag Manager container
  • One analytics property
  • Up to three advertising or conversion destinations
  • One CRM conversion path

Implementation, configuration changes, production publishing, custom development, legal advice, and systems outside this boundary are not included.

3. Advanced scope

Multiple domains, properties, or apps—and any server-side tagging, HIPAA-aware measurement, or offline conversion requirement—are advanced scope starting at $7,500. If intake reveals advanced scope, Maven will pause kickoff and offer to apply the standard payment toward the advanced audit. If the buyer declines before work begins, Maven will refund the standard payment.

4. Timing and access

The two-week delivery window begins after Maven confirms payment, complete intake, and the required read access. The buyer is responsible for timely, accurate access and for identifying an authorized point of contact. Access delays move the start date.

5. Deliverables

The audit produces an evidence-backed review of the scoped measurement and attribution path, documented findings, a prioritized remediation roadmap, and a findings readout. Findings are diagnostic and do not guarantee any particular advertising, revenue, attribution, or compliance outcome.

6. Implementation credit

The audit fee is credited once toward a follow-on Maven implementation for the audited scope. The credit is not transferable, cannot exceed the implementation fee, and is not redeemable for cash.

7. Refunds and rescheduling

The buyer may request a full refund before Maven begins work. Once kickoff occurs, the fee is non-refundable except if Maven cancels the engagement. Maven and the buyer may reschedule kickoff by mutual agreement.

8. Client authority and data

The buyer represents that it has authority to grant access to the scoped systems and instruct Maven to review them. The buyer must not provide credentials or data it is not authorized to share. Maven’s Privacy Policy and any separately executed data-processing agreement continue to apply.

9. Relationship to other terms

These audit-specific terms control the productized audit. Maven’s general Terms and Privacy Policy also apply. Any later implementation or managed-service engagement requires its own approved scope or order form.
