By accessing or using MetricMaven's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services Description

MetricMaven provides marketing analytics services including but not limited to:

  • Server-side tracking implementation
  • Custom dashboard development
  • Data warehouse architecture
  • Attribution modeling and analytics consulting

Specific services, deliverables, and terms are defined in individual service agreements between MetricMaven and clients.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

The MetricMaven website, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by MetricMaven and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Client Work

Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement, clients retain full ownership of all custom work, dashboards, and infrastructure built by MetricMaven on their behalf. We do not claim ownership of client data or custom implementations.

User Responsibilities

When using our website or services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Not interfere with the proper functioning of our website

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose client data, business strategies, or proprietary information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

Service Agreements

Specific project terms, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are governed by individual service agreements or statements of work. In case of conflict between these Terms of Service and a specific service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetricMaven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for those services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your specific requirements or achieve particular results.

While we strive for accuracy in our analytics implementations, we cannot guarantee 100% data accuracy due to factors outside our control (browser limitations, ad blockers, platform API changes, etc.).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MetricMaven and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or our business.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
