Attribution from First Touch to Consultation

How Nicholson Clinic replaced fragmented form, call, CRM, and advertising data with a governed reporting system its team can use directly in Maven.

Context

A governed path from first touch to consultation.

Nicholson Clinic needed governed attribution from first touch to consultation without exposing clinical detail in marketing systems. Lead, call, CRM, and advertising numbers did not reconcile, which made budget and sales coaching decisions harder to defend.

Challenge

Make the hard parts visible.

Constraints we designed around

  • Seven live form paths without one shared lead contract
  • Form, call, advertising, CRM, and warehouse numbers that did not reconcile
  • Clinical details kept out of marketing systems and reporting models
  • A reporting layer the clinic team could use and iterate directly

Nicholson could see leads and consultations, but the numbers did not reconcile across forms, phone calls, advertising platforms, and its CRM. The clinic also needed a measurement design that kept clinical details out of marketing systems and reporting models.

Approach

Build the foundation, then make it useful.

Each engagement follows the work required to move from fragmented source data to a reporting layer people can use.

01

Lead-path standardization

Standardized seven live form paths around one lead contract so every entry point produced comparable, reportable events.

02

System connection & modeling

Connected GoHighLevel, Piwik PRO, CallRail, advertising signals, and the warehouse, then modeled the reporting layer the clinic team uses directly in Maven.

System view

One path from activity to an answer.

The design kept the marketing measurement question clear while keeping clinical detail outside the reporting workflow.

  1. Forms + calls

Seven live form paths and CallRail call signals

  2. Analytics + CRM

Piwik PRO, GoHighLevel, and advertising signals

  3. Warehouse

Connected records modeled into the reporting layer

  4. Maven

Self-service reporting for sales-process and advertising decisions

Deliverables

The work leaves a usable system behind.

Maven standardized seven live lead paths, connected GoHighLevel, Piwik PRO, CallRail, advertising signals, and the warehouse, and modeled the full reporting layer. Nicholson now builds reports in Maven and uses the findings to improve its sales process and advertising performance.

Lead-path standardization

Seven live form paths aligned around one lead contract.

System connection

GoHighLevel, Piwik PRO, CallRail, advertising signals, and the warehouse connected.

Reporting model

A governed reporting layer the clinic team can build and iterate in Maven.
